My training

I trained as an integrative practitioner of psychotherapy and counselling at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, which means that my teaching sought to integrate into one whole different schools of thought, including:

"Integrative psychotherapy […] affirms the importance of a unifying approach to persons. Thus a major focus is on responding appropriately and effectively to the person at the emotional, spiritual, cognitive, behavioural and physiological levels."

(European Association for Psychotherapy).

My approach for psychotherapy and counselling

There are many different types of talking therapies and individual ways of working. Over the years I have brought together different ways of working and created an approach to give my clients the best environment for healing and for growth.

My aim is to facilitate a change in the person, which will enable them to see and seize the opportunities that life affords them. My clients are individuals who want to solve and grow beyond their problems and get to the top of their game, whether this concerns their profession, their ongoing wellbeing, their ability to be a parent and a partner in a relationship.
